Please provide:

• Jersey size
• Name for the back
• Number for the back
• Concert, event, or occasion
• Any additional design requests

Please double-check the spelling of all names and numbers. Your jersey will be created using the exact information submitted with your order.

Customer-Provided Jersey Requirements

Customer-provided jerseys must be:

• New, clean, and unworn
• Free from stains, oils, fabric softener, or existing damage
• Made from a material that can safely accept a heat-pressed design

A Woman With A Dream is not responsible for damage caused by the jersey’s material, manufacturing defects, previous treatments, stains, or existing damage.

Processing Time

Please allow 5–7 business days after all personalization information and customer-provided jerseys have been received.

Custom Order Policy

Because each jersey is made specifically for you, all custom and personalized jersey sales are final. Refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted once the design process has begun.
